Stage 4: Ages 14-18 (LeadWell)

LeadWell consists of 4 Activities Training Manuals (ATM) and is primarily designed for students with a medium to high aptitude for leading. The highly scripted, 8.5×11 format, gives trainers specific directions on how to prepare the activity using common resources, running it, what to say, and then offers discussion questions (140-160 pages). Trainer certification is recommended but not required.

The big difference between LeadNow and LeadWell is that half of the latter includes project-based activities done in the classroom (like LeadNow) and the other half utilizes a strategic planning model titled SUCCESS. This is a real-world project that students plan and implement. SUCCESS (an acronym for a 7-step process) can also be used as a stand-alone program for students, after they’ve completed the 4 modules.

Each module includes a student workbook as a review-participation guide (45-50 pages). Click on the cover of each book for a link to it on Amazon.com (US). Bulk discount rates may be available by emailing us at info@kidlead.com.
