LeadNow consists of 4 Activities Training Manuals (ATM). LeadNow is primarily designed for students with a medium to high aptitude for leading. The highly scripted, 8.5×11 format, gives trainers specific directions on how to prepare the activity using common resources, running it, what to say, and then offers discuss discussion questions (140-160 pages). Trainer certification is recommended but not required.

Each module includes a student workbook as a review-participation guide and at-home reinforcement (45-50 pages). A parent-involvement activity that complements the student’s is included in the ATM.

The Red Module includes over 12-hours of concentrated, project-based activities, developing peer-leading skills, as well as focusing on ETHICS, HONOR, COMMUNICATION, and POWER.

The Blue Module includes over 12-hours of concentrated, project-based activities, developing peer-leading skills, as well as focusing on INTEGRITY, COURAGE, RECRUITING, and VISION.

The Orange Module includes over 12-hours of concentrated, project-based activities, developing peer-leading skills, as well as focusing on COMMITMENT, OPTIMISM, CONFLICT, and CHANGE.
