The goal is to model a local impetus on leadership talent development, as well as a means to conduct research related to young leader gifting and growth. Official launch date is fall, 2017. Click HERE for a 1-page brief on leadership talent scounting. Click HERE for a Frequently Asked Questions pdf.

Research Advisor Group
Part of our mission at LYI is to study the identification, training and social impact of young leaders. We’re putting together a team of experts who’ll advise on this. Click HERE to see our current group.
As the LeadYoung Institute gets going, we’ll be adding a secondary program for 3-9 year olds, designed for all interested to be involved in programs related to teamwork and leadership emergence. We’ll be using KiddieLead and Lead1st curricula, for parents and children to practice project-based activities, to educate kids on the leadership process as well giving them practice functioning on teams and to identify leadership talent, as a recruiting process for LYI.
